I’m Isabel Katarina — and I’m grateful you’ve found your way here.

For the past 15 years, my life has been devoted to healing, initiation, and remembrance.

What I share today is the result of walking my own path with devotion — through deep healing, spiritual awakenings, shamanic studies, plant-medicine work, artistic expression, and thousands of hours spent holding space for others.

My work continues to evolve as I evolve.

Everything I offer is grounded in lived experience, embodied wisdom, and a lifelong commitment to truth and transformation.

My Awakening

My journey began at age 15 with a profound spiritual awakening — one that changed the direction of my life completely.

At that time, I was struggling with addiction, depression, and suicidal thoughts. Nothing seemed to reach me. And then, in one moment, everything shifted.

A light burst open inside my heart and mind, revealing a deeper reality and reminding me why my soul incarnated here.

It took years to integrate the intensity of that experience, but one thing became clear:

my life would never be the same — I had been activated into my purpose.

That was the beginning of my healing path.

The Path I Walked

At 20, guided by that inner calling, I traveled alone to India and completed my first yoga and meditation teacher training. Shortly after, I began offering healing spaces for others.

In my twenties, I lived in Norway running a successful yoga and coaching business, while traveling the world to study different modalities — shamanism, sound healing, plant medicine, breathwork, sacred space creation, leadership, and more. Each path deepened my understanding and reshaped the way I hold space.

In 2019, another transformation arrived.

Even though I had built what looked like my dream life, my soul was ready for another level of depth.

I decided to let everything go — my business, my relationship, my belongings — and stepped into the unknown once again, this time guided to Central America.

Those years of nomadic living where some of the most transformative of my life.

My psychic gifts expanded, my voice opened, my connection to spirit deepened, and my healing work evolved into something far more multidimensional than before.

Today, I live full time in Costa Rica while visiting Sweden and Norway when the calling is there. I have hosted international transformational retreats for many years, and my work with sacred plant teachers has become an important part of how I support others in their healing and remembrance.
