I have held space for thousands of people both online and in person — weaving together modalities from traditional yoga and meditation, shamanic ceremony, psychic channeling, medicine music, art, and plant medicine journeys.

Now based in the lush jungles of Costa Rica, I bridge the energy of the tropics with the ancient magic of my Nordic roots — blending earth and sky, intuition and embodiment, mysticism and grounded presence.
